Mark Mayberry has “been there, done that.” As President of Fashion Connection, he took the apparel company from zero to $7 million in sales in less than five years. How did Mark do that? By delivering incredible Customer Service to his Customers.

Mark’s clients include Marriott, Harley-Davidson, American Express, Delta Air Lines, Arby’s, Georgia Tech, Domino’s Pizza, Quaker Oats/Gatorade, Holiday Inn, Jackson Hewitt Tax Services, Pizza Hut, and Nordstrom.

Mark graduated from Northern Illinois University, with a degree in accounting. He served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, including a year in Viet Nam. Mark is currently the president of The Mayberry Group, and helps organizations deliver “Shazzam!” to their Customers through customized presentations, audio CDs, DVDs and internet training.
